  • Sam Snow is the Louisiana State Director of Coaching. He came from Lakeland, Fl. where he had been a regional staff coach and an instructor for state coaching licenses in Florida for 15 years. In addition, Sam has also been a college instructor and college coach. Sam has a Masters degree, was a goalkeeper and holds an "A" license. He has served on the NCAA Men's Soccer Committee and the NSCAA Board of Directors.
